  • Short-Term Rental Tenancy

Full payment is required at the time of booking. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our services, we do not guarantee their absolute accuracy. Any purchase of services is made at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order or reservation as needed. If your payment has been processed and we cancel your order, a refund will be issued for the full amount paid. It is your responsibility to verify the receipt of any refund.

  1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment method:

  • Credit Card

By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due. If your payment violates any applicable law or these Terms, we may cancel or reverse the transaction.

  1. Refund Policy

Service Refunds

Refunds are available for services as follows:

  • Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.
  • For bookings made fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund is available for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
  • A 50% refund is available for cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in.
  • No refund is available for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.
  1. Consumer Protection

These Terms are subject to the provisions of any applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded. In cases where there is a conflict between these Terms and applicable legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will prevail.

  1. Liability Limitation

THSPACES and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Site.

  1. Indemnification

By using this Site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless THSPACES and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, resulting from your use of the Site or any breach of these Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan.

  1. Additional Provisions

In addition to these Terms, all guests must read and electronically sign a Short-Term Rental Agreement before check-in.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

  1. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time to remain compliant with the law and reflect changes in how we operate the Site. Changes will be communicated via email, or a notice posted on the Site.
